Epilepsy Awareness and Aid Foundation recently organized a one week intensive campaign to raise awareness and increase public knowledge on epilepsy in the North West region of Cameroon.

This campaign which was done in churches and schools, was met with great success as over 3000 persons were educated and sensitized on Epilepsy. During the campaign, volunteers dispelled myths and misconceptions about epilepsy, advocated for social support and inclusion of persons with epilepsy while encouraging those affected to go for medical treatment early.
