To commemorate the International Epilepsy Day, we have partnered with the Epilepsy Clinic at Nkwen Baptist Hospital in Bamenda, North West region of Cameroon, to organize a one week Epilepsy Awareness campaign.

During the one-week campaign which started on the 7th of February and will run till the 14th of February, we will be visiting schools, churches and other public places to give health talks on epilepsy.

We will also be training students on seizure first aid.

We started the campaign with a health talk on epilepsy to outpatients in the hospital, educating them on epilepsy, discouraging epilepsy stigma and addressing myths and misconceptions.
