Opportunities for women with epilepsy are often limited. It is crucial to empower women with epilepsy to enhance their income-generating abilities and achieve economic independence. Our third capacity-building workshop aimed to equip women with epilepsy with the skills of artificial flower-making.The workshop, which saw the participation of 35 women with epilepsy from various backgrounds and age groups, not only taught them the art of artificial flower-making but also emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship and marketing. This workshop not only empowered these women with a new skillset but also shed light on the potential of women with epilepsy to thrive in society when given the right opportunities and support.

Also, during the workshop, the women were encouraged to collaborate and share ideas with one another, fostering a sense of community and support. This not only strengthened their bonds but also created a platform for networking and future collaborations, further expanding their opportunities for success.

Additionally, a presentation on depression and mental health was included in the workshop, highlighting the importance of holistic well-being. The women learned about various coping mechanisms and resources available to them, empowering them to prioritize their mental health as they navigate their journey with epilepsy. This comprehensive approach ensured that the workshop not only equipped them with practical skills but also addressed their emotional needs, ultimately fostering a resilient and empowered community of women ready to face any challenges that come their way.
